EWINDOW App respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of its services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, EWINDOW App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, EWINDOW App will treat this information with high diligence and discretion. Except as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy, EWINDOW App will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. EWINDOW App may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the EWINDOW App service usage agreement, you are deemed to have accepted all the contents of this Privacy Policy. 1. a) Personal registration information provided by you when registering an EWINDOW App account;

1. b) Information automatically received and recorded by EWINDOW App when you use its network services or access the EWINDOW App platform webpage, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and web page records you request; 

1. c) User personal data obtained by EWINDOW App through legitimate means from business partners.

You understand and agree that the following information is not covered by this Privacy Policy:

1. a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by EWINDOW App;

1. b) Information data collected by EWINDOW App regarding your activities on the platform, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;

1. c) Violations of laws or rules by you and measures taken by EWINDOW App against you.

2. Information Use

1. a) EWINDOW App will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless you have given your permission, or that third party and EWINDOW App (including EWINDOW App affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such materials they previously had access to.

1. b) EWINDOW App does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any EWINDOW App platform user engages in such activities, EWINDOW App has the right to terminate the service agreement with that user immediately.

1. c) For the purpose of serving users, EWINDOW App may use your personal information to provide you with information you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information or sharing information with EWINDOW App partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (subject to your prior consent).

1. f) In a transaction created on the EWINDOW App platform, if either party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, EWINDOW App has the right to decide to provide necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction to facilitate the completion of the transaction or dispute resolution.

1. g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by EWINDOW App in accordance with the law, regulations, or website policies.

4. Information Storage and Exchange

The information and data collected by EWINDOW App about you will be stored on EWINDOW App’s servers and (or) servers of its affiliates. This information and data may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed in countries, regions, or locations outside your country or the location where EWINDOW App collects information and data.

1. a) Without your refusal to accept cookies, EWINDOW App will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use EWINDOW App platform services or features that depend on cookies. EWINDOW App uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services.

1. b) You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying the settings of your browser. However, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in or use EWINDOW App’s network services or features that depend on cookies.

1. a) EWINDOW App accounts have security protection functions, so please keep your username and password information safe. EWINDOW App will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered. Despite these security measures, please note that there are no “perfect security measures” on the internet.

1. b) When using EWINDOW App’s network services for online transactions, you inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your EWINDOW App username and password are leaked, please contact EWINDOW App customer service immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken by EWINDOW App.
